I am a sole trader just set up in business as a management consultant. Because my target market is public sector partnerships I was given a grant to purchase a CRM package and chose Max. I have no budget for formal training, but do have lots of time at the moment!
Is anybody aware of any publication that gudies on what Max does and how to make it do that? The user guide pdf is focused on features but not how to actually use them or what they may be used for.
Max apparently publish a hard copy and training CD-ROM - anybody know if they are just about the features as in the pdf user guide or do they cover the actual use of the software? Really, I need a Max for Dummies type book I think!
