I have Max 6.0. I am trying to clean out marketing library. Every time I go to delete document it will tell me the file cannot be found do you want to refresh? Must be something simple.

The problem lies in the fact the index to the marketing library has become slightly damaged. This means that when you try to delete the document it cannot be found to delete it.

The easiest solution to this problem is change the ownership of the document to master it will then appear to have been deleted for all other users point of view.
