Using Maximizer 10 Enterprise, windows XP, in a multi-user environment
I have established multiple Opportunities within Maximizer each associated with a different company. However, recently when I select an opportunity for one company and ask Maximizer to refresh the other windows to show this company, I get the wrong company. I get CompanyB. And, I get CompanyB no matter which opportunity I select. Can someone help me un-corrupt my data? gspence |

Good Morning,
Sorry to hear you're having problems. Have you tried the built in 'Address Book Verification' function that can be found in the File menu of the Maximizer Administrator? |

Hi,
I work with Gene. Thanks for the suggestion; I did that and it made no difference. Shouldn't/doesn't the Address Book window "follow" the Opportunity window in the same way that Contacts, Notes and User-Defined Fields windows do?? |

Yes indeed it should, however if it isn't then its likely you have some kind of data related problem, which is why I suggested the verify and recover.
If that hasn't worked then I would suggest you contact your Maximizer Business Partner for additional support as it is likely to be a data problem that will require a reasonable amount of investigation to resolve. |
