Anybody knows what the minimum bandwidth requirement for Maximizer Enterprise 5 (across a WAN)when it starts up with load of all companies?

Multiactive say 10mps but is there ways for maximizer to perform decently at lower bandwidths?

You can cope over less than this as a single user but you have to be patient and smart.

The faster the better. I use 28kbytes/sec on my modem from home from time to time but its very slow. I've actually written a paper on the subject of Max on low speed links which I can email or you can download from

If you use a very slow line always close the database before the link especially with pre enterprise 2000 versions (using btrieve 6.15).

Consider Max Exchange as an alternative and some users have had reasonable success with citrix solutions.
