What am I doing wrong - I have backed up my Max 7.5 data (that was very easy) but if I want to restore it in Admininstrator/Utilities/Restore Backup its greyed out and wont allow me to select it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am concerned I cant get my data back on if something happens.

Hi there,

Before trying to restore the database make sure no one is logged in to Maximizer and in the Administrator click File>>Close Address Book.

Then if you look in the utilities menu the options should no longer be greyed out.
