Running Max Enterprise 9.5

I added "Reports to" to my view, and find that many entries are listed as reporting to the same person. It appears to be entries where I left "reports to" blank. It seems that the blank entries got assigned to the a manager that I entered that day.

In other words, if I entered 30 entries on April 14, 2007, and the 12th entry reported to John Smith, and 16 were blank, I might have 16 people show up as reporting to John Smith (even at different companies).

If I open and close the entry, it doesn't show up that way during the current session, but if I close and reopen maximizer, the same problem returns (with the same person falsely reporting to the same manager).

Administrator's Database Verify didn't help.

Any suggestions?
