I have created 2 triggers..an insert amd update trigger which would generate a deadline date("follow up by") in the customer service case depending upon the priority set. Now suprisingly the trigger works when you create a new case or update one when you click the OK button on the customer service case window(after entering details in the service case window) but if you click Apply Button on the service case window the trigger doesnt fire!!!
It seems to be a wierd problem!!I would be very very grateful if someone can help me with this!!
