Is there any literature or anyone that can explain very simply and clearly what fax software (manufacture) is and is not compatible with Maximizer 9 and how to install it and set it up and make it work. I have window XP service pack 2. I have read the user manual with Maximizer 9 and the Knowledge Base on the Maximizer website and both are absolutely useless, a three year old could make it clearer.

Please help as Maximizer is an excellent software program but the support you get with it in Australia SUCKS!!!

Both the Maximizer Knowledgebase and the Maximizer Website state which fax software is compatible with Maximizer. Although I haven't set up unattended faxing, I don't understand what is so difficult in following the knowledgebase article?
