I add a form, but when I create a new entry (Company or Contact), it does not offer the forms like it used to? I added the Invoice sample from the Max Samples? What do I need to change to get these to be an option other than the default form?

In the following registry key change the values of "Use Contact Form" and "Use Standard Form" from 0s to 1s. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Maximizer Technologies\Maximizer Forms\Form Viewer
