Just loaded Max 9 last week, works well except can't synchronize address book to Outlook. Synchronizes Calendar all right, but not Address book. Using Outlook 2003. I've set a favourite list and set it up properly (I think) in preferences under Outlook Synch. Am I missing anything? Anyone?

After many many hours on hold and speaking with support they were not able to help me. In the end they downloaded my data files about a week ago but have not heard back. But now the GOOD NEWS. After reading some of the posts I suspected that the problem might be with Address Book Column setup.
I renamed the file MXZU.MXZ to MXZU_old.mxz, it then regenerated, and it's workig fine. So if anyone else has similar problem try this solutio.
