Hi
I am fairly new to Maximizer want to utlise the Related Entries function. I used GoldMine at a previous job & GoldMine has a similar function where you right mouse button click the contact, find the other contact you want to link & it was as easy as that. But in Maximizer it does not seem to be as easy as that or am I missing something? As I see it, you have a contact in the contacts tab & you scroll to another record in the Address Book (frustrating if you have a large address book) then drag the first contact to another contact in the address book & link that way. I find this really cumbersome as you cannot search for a target contact as this will replace your first contact in the contact window. Surely there must be an easier way. Thanks |

When performing a search you can change the option on screen to 'Add Search Results to Current List' rather than 'Replace Current List With Search Results' and it will add results rather than replacing them.
That makes it much easier to manipulate your data. |

Thanks. Yes, that does make it easier.
