I have configured Live Update in Administrator for Maximizer 10 CRM but when I run Live Update it says that it cannot connect to server. Help me fix this.

OKKARL, I've been getting the same error message from Maximizer. I initially thought it might be my Window's Firewall or, maybe, Norton. However, disabling either one, or both, did not resolve the issue. I'm under the impression that the update manager is looking for a modem rather than a network connection. If you have a second, you might try connecting your computer directly to a phone line to see if that resolves the problem. That's my next step. Let me know how you end up. Neal.

The service rep at Maximizer said this is because they have not released any hot fixes for Max v. 10 yet. Not a great way to handle this with an error!

After looking for Hotfixes directly on MultiActive's website I figured that was the case. Although Entrepenuer has no updates it appears that other versions of 10 do. All in all, if not being able to get updates, which don't exist in the first place, is the worst that happens to me on this program I'm doing OK. Good luck.

This is still somewhat strange, we'll pass the issue back to Maximizer.
