Hello Maxtalk World. We are running three workstations with outlook and exchange on SBS 2003. Overkill, perhaps but we really like SBS. Anyway I just installed Maximizer 8 on three workstations and then went back and installed it on the Server and created the address book file on the shared drive on the server. I installed the licenses. Here is the problem: 1. No login required for any of the three users that I have set up for our address book on the server eventhough the password function is enabled. 2. The login option is grayed/browned out on all three workstations. 3. When looking at the Calendar on any of the work stations the only option is Master. When you go to add other users they are not listed. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please use mono syllabic words in your anwsers as we are all liberal arts graduates. Thanks.

Mainah has 2 syllables, as does Rooster ... looks like we're hooped (is that 1 or 2?) from the start! Anyway, we're using Max 7 but the only thing I can think of is that I'd reconfirm that using Max Administrator you enabled Security on the shared Address Book (File - Preferences - Enable Security). If that's done, use Max Admin to try a Backup/Restore (Utilities - Backup, Utilies - Restore). That can fix a multitude of sins. - R.
