I am a recent new user of Maximizer 9 and I'm looking for help on transfering updated adress books from one computer to another. For example if I work on desktop computer "A" using address book "XYZ" for a week then I want to copy the updated address book info to laptop computer "B" which also contains address book "XYZ". It seems as this should be as simple as the procedure for copying updated Outlook or MS Business Contact Manager files for transfer from one computer to another. Is there some procedure for this type of transfer?

Technically it's pretty easy. Just find the folder on Computer A that contains the files for the Address Book you want to copy, then copy all those files and sub-folders to Computer B.

However, is this really what you want to do? All of your work on Computer B will be lost as you're overwriting the entire database. And making this work with more than 2 machines is an administrative nightmare.

Have you thought about using MaxExchange, which is I believe designed to do just this? I haven't used it so others willl have to be your resources if you want to explore it. Also, check this forum for questions from others on this topic.
