MaxAlarm works
MaxFinder works Maximizer.exe does not Target: "C:\Program Files\Maximizer\MaxWin.exe" Start in: "C:\Program Files\Maximizer\" Location: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Maximizer Size: 850 bytes (850 bytes) Size on disk: 4.00 KB (4,096 bytes) Accessed date shows 9/22/2009; I opened Maximizer last week. Modified: Today, June 20, 2011. (Perhaps this is due to opening maxfinder and maxalarm?) Any ideas are appreciated. If I downloaded Maximizer 9 trial version, may I enter my registration and open my address books? Thanks!! Ray Randall This message has been edited. Last edited by: ethosadvisory, |

You have provided very little information about the actual error so I am going to guess.
Assuming Maximizer is exploding with some sort of exception when you open it, it is probably being caused by erroronious values for the screen layout positions in the registry. The simplist way to resolve this is to delete the key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Maximizer Software\Maximizer\Modules\AMGR". Only do this if you are confident about making changes to your registry as incorrect changes could have serious consequences. Removing this key will reset most of the screen layout settings and usually resolves many problems on start up. |
