Quite a while back I tried Outlook cync with Max9Ent, an had a devil of a time, until by stumbling around I found out I had to create a favorite category, then put all contacts in there ( why??) then create a category in outlook called Max ( why you cant just sync all is a mystery ) and then put all your contacts in outlook into that category, then sync... So this kind of guide is indeed helping to cut to the chase...

There was not mentionned clearly into the user manual, not at all, even support said so, that is why I ask to correct it, they they cam out with that HOW TO.
I don't believe a normal humain would have found it by himselve. It could be improved you are right.

Sy,
Good questions. How can you advertise your Outlook capabilities ( playing up to all the Microsoft potential Max buyers) and then have so little in the way of documentation? And there really should be an official forum to gather together consultants and users from all over the world at maximizer.com. NOthing at all against the folks here, they are entrepreneurs who met a need- no support forum to speak of like this at the company's web site. That, unfortunately, says something about the way the whole community is organized. This place, though lean, is leaps and bounds above the ammount of community and help offered (hosted) at max.com. I"m talking about the interactive way to solve problems here.

Does ANYONE have a definitive list of what Microsoft Outlook fields are and are not synchronized / mapped with Maximizer 9 and how they are mapped, beyond just telephone numbers??
I cannot find this information in the User manual, nor in the Maximizer knowledge base. Whom do I email at Maximizer?? Suggestions????

Feejo,
how do we trouble shoot when it fails at the workstation. It works fine at the server but not on the workstation. Simply syncs one company and then message Synchronization failed?
