Upgraded computers and purchased Maximizer 11. On old computer exported Max 9 Database, then wanted to import them into Max 11 and it does not work, tried many different things but absolutely nothing. Do not get an error message neither do I get an imported database so nothing now for weeks. So if anyone can shed some light on this problem the appreciated will be there in abundance.

Upgrade of data from Maximizer 9 to Maximizer 11 involves a change to the underlying database format in which your data is stored. This can only be done by having components of both versions installed on the machine when you upgrade.
If you upgrade to version 11 on the pc where version 9 was installed you should be able to upgrade the data. If you are moving to a new machine you may find it difficult to upgrade the data on the new pc.
