Anybody ever got a error code 3014, "Unidentified error has occured on the 'user' file" and "Unidentified error has occured on the 'directory' file". The 'directory' error occured when we tried making a backup of existing Database. Then tried to create new database and it gives me the same error without asking for anything. Can not even open another addressbook. I then tried to open the tutorial data on local machines c: drive, then got the 'User' error.
