I am trying to do a two-tiered import into Max 9.5. I completely followed the directions in both manuals - administrative and users. I did a small test - 2 companies with about 12 contacts between them. They did not import into the same file and I can only find one of the companies. There is nothing in either manual that gives any trouble shooting - can you help me find my entries?? Thanks
