I played with the Enterprise edition and love the Outlook toolbar functionality (1 click open contact, 1 click create contact from an email). It seems like this same functionality should be available with Maximizer 9.5 (not Enterprise) since it doesnt use any of the additional sales or customer service modules. I really don't need Enterprise as i am just a single user, is it possible to create a toolbar button in outlook for similar functionality or would it require massive programming?
