Trying to automate our job application process. A copy of it is available at www.keenbranding.com/jobapplication.htm. As you can see, there are a lot of fields! Can I program this to automatically be transferred to Maximizer (we have 7.5) or are there too many fields? Thanks!

If you are running the eCRM SQL version of Maximizer you can ask them to purchase the One to One Designer. It is a crude tool for developing webforms that insert information directly into Maximzer and automate tasks. For Example you could build a form that captures a users information first name last, email etc and some more business specific questions. Then based on their answers add them into a Maximizer Emial Campaign, create an opportunity and create an appointment to remind someone to call them.

As for the reqular web forms that come with Max I don't know how many fields you can have at the Maximum but probably a lot

We can build you the custom web forms if required using the One to One designer, this is assuming you have an eCRM system.

We may also be able to help with this problem in other ways.

We have some technologies that allows you to see the potential jobs that an applicant has been put forward for in the recruitment database. We also have a potential system for CV management as well.
