This is probably a stup[id question but I cantr find the answer on help so off we go!

view address book / default address book view and you dont see all entries until you go View, All address book entries

I want this as default is it possible to set it as such?

I have asked myself the same question but haven't found a way. I just do a View - All when I start and do it again frequently during the day.

If you're doing a lot of Searches the View All is a little academic anyway.

At that point select all companies & then turn this feature off

Problem is, there is no option to show all entries. "All companies and individuals" doesn't show Contacts.

Good point. I always use the all companies, and wasn't thinking. Sorry
