Question:
I would like to split the database into 3 new databases. Instead on one big database, have 3 separate ones. I am using Max Enterprise 4. How would I go about doing this? Or can this be done? Any suggestions would be great

Assuming you can easily perform a search to separate your entries the way you want just use File Transfer

Conduct a search for Db 1 entries
Select Edit/select all
Select File/Transfer/Direct Addressbook and point to the Db you want them to go to

Repeat this for the other address books.
