Hello All Knowing Ones,
We are currently running ME9 and are pretty happy with it. What we want to do is create a macro that will send out a follow up email two weeks after a customer has received a product shipment. Is a macro the right way to approach this? Any suggestions, ideas, macro code examples will be greatly appreciated. Mainah |
