In Maximizer8 can you draft an HTML ( or Word)document that is recieved as the body of an email (not an attachment) and sent to a selection of addresses. The ability to use merge fields would be an advantage but is not essential. Right now I am doing this in MAximizer 7 using a 3rd party add on product that sends outlook draft documents.

I succed to create merge template with WORD PROCESSOR, incredible, he send the email message into a ATTACHEMENT. Who want to receive a text into attachement, who will reat this?

Then I called support, I told him I want to have it into the body of the email not as attachement. He talk fast then he said he got it with word, so I try but I succed... I succed to send it the same ... way that word processor dose it: as a attachement.

WHO WANT TO RECEIVE A EMAIL THAT LOOK EMPTY, UNLESS A ATTACHEMENT. HoW will I increase SALES with that?

I found several glaring faults with max, this is one. You can;t send, in a modern CRM like max, a quick html letter to someone. you just cant do it. unbelievable, but true!

and even a plain text message gets thrown into an attachment, so the recipient has to take the extra step and open it. just plain lack of planning on usability for a product that's been around this long.

Feejo:

After creating your Email message in the Maximizer Word Processor, choose

File > Merge > to E-mail...

and you will have the option to send "ASCII text as body content".

Ho, I use the convenient maximizer tool bar for merge field.
I discover that all documents send so far as attachement where empty when I was clicking on the attachement.
I am now on the 4th day trying to get it right.
I tought use it with word would have more feature, no I will go back to Wordprocessor with all his limitations. Why my documents are empty?
