We have just installed eCRM V8, 40 users. We have also purchased Sony P900 telephones for our usres.
The plan was that Maximizer would integrate to outlook and the phones using Symbian would integrate to outlook, remotely or in the office from a docking station. Unfortunately Maximizer V8 does not integrate properly with outlook. It works ok if you add an appointment on your own PC. It someone on the network adds an appointment into your Maximizer diary, it does not pull through to your outlook calendar. Is anyone aware of integration software that we could purchase to solve this?
