Sometimes Max opens the last opened address book, but sometimes not: where is this set?

Also, is it possible to create a shortcut for opening a specific address book? Perhaps with a command line option?

(And what part of the documentation are these things discussed, if anywhere?)

I want shortcuts on my start menu like:
Maximizer Enterprise - USA
Maximizer Enterprse - CAN
Maximizer Enterprse - EUR

With Max 8, when it asks for your username/password, I just hit Escape and it brings me to the list of available Address Books. I can then select the one I want. No big deal.

The last opened address book information is saved under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software in the Windows registry.
