My compnay is looking at purchasing CRM real soon. We were pretty set on MS CRM until we found Maximizer. The problem with Maximizer is that we have many remote users and it seems like if we make heavy customizations we need to deploy this to each user individually.

Given the above, it seems like the web version (eCRM) would be a much better choice for us. Are there any limitations in customization with the web version. Are there any guides for our developers to use in customization or must we use 3rd party integrators?

Another alternative is deployment via Terminal Services. One central install on a Terminal Server and remote users access it over the web.
