Can someone please explain to me how ME (Max Enterprise 9) works with Microsoft Exchange? Or do they???? I have Exchange 2003 and am considering ME 9. But i want to know if i can synchronize calendars and contacts, from ME into Exchange PUBLIC folders? Also can the sync be in real time or at least on a regular schedule. If not, does anyone know of a 3rd party app that will sync either Max 9 or Max Ent 9 to a Exchange PUBLIC folder.
Maximizer Enterprise 9 can sync to the MS Exchange Server using another bit of software called Max Sync, this allows a users calendar information to sync form his Maximizer Calendar to his Outlook/Exchange Calendar.
Contacts can be sync'd using a standard Maximizer function.
The calendars it syncs to are specific to the active directory user it does not sync to public folders or calendars.
