When replying to a contact's email, the reply is not saved to the contact.

Using Maximizer 9, does anyone know if a "preference" setting will make this possible?

Hi Ray,

If you reply to an e-mail saved in Maximizer you will get the option to save the reply you are sending.

Failing that Maximizer 10 (and possibly 9) includes an Outlook Plugin that allows you to save an e-mail to a record with one click.
