Question: How can I export the emails etc that are in the Max proprietary format?

Please let me know, am desperate.

If you are talking about emails thay you have imbedded as a document in Maximizer, they are not accesible by normal database access therefore you will not be able to export them.
All other emails displayed in your email window are not stored in the database they are only read from your email program.
