Two things seem to be missing in MAX 9. Correct me if I am wrong. You can't schedule bi-weekly appointments or todos and imported appointments/todos do not show up linked to the record when completed or modified.

Anybody know how?

Good Afternoon Dan,

I'm afraid that this isn't possible in Maximizer. You can create an appointment that recurs Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Annually. But not one that recurs bi-weekly.

Thanks. This doesn't seem like a huge request, but I hope Max includes this in the future. Lots of activities are bi-weekly.

Also, when Max imports scheduled activities it would seem logical that they would become MAX activities and be editable and completeable with notes added to contact records.

I am embarassed to admit I found the answer to my original question, while scheduling a new appointment. MAX 9 will let you schedule recurring appointments for every other week. While scheduling you pick for a WEEK, and then you add the qualifiers EVERY OTHER + DAY OF THE WEEK.

I wonder how many other obtuse functions are available.
