We have Maximizer 10. We need to set up an archieve. I would like to transfer all address book entries from 31 December 04 backwards, but have been unable to work out a way. I have tried via the not modified since under the search options but it has not worked, I notice in the notes section it is still bringing up notes from 2006, 2007 & 2008. My question is, is it possible to search via a date range?

Another question I have. Is it possible to add a search criteria to the search function? I would like to be able to search for customer codes? How can I add the customer code to the search bar?
