In Maximizer Enterprise for Notes/Domino 2003.7 SPI;
Work tickets are created for product sample requests. They are assigned to different people and there are several choices as to their status available; open, closed, close to project etc.

I want to put some work tickets on back order but not lose them into the sea of old closed work tickets. What is the best way to do this? These are sample requests that will eventually be filled but are on the back burner for now.
