I have to dial 9 to get an outside line. Do this I have to put +44 in fornt of all phone numbers. When i import databases, although I have a default entry, I have to then manually input the + 44 against all entries. Is there any way round this. I am using Maximiser 5
If you are using the Modem dialling option then put 9 into the primary prefix and set the prefix to Primary. This is in the Maximizer dialling preferences window. If you are using TAPI then click on TAPI properties>Edit>For dialling an outside line dial:

I had a similar problem. I ended up manipulating the data in excel. Simple concantinating "+44" with the phone number, use the resulting value in your import. Saving the excel file as a csv file.

Thx for this, even if I put 9 in the tapi properties it still won't access an outside line as it doesn't dial the 9 first
