We use maximizer for both telesales and telemarketing. Is there any way of making data entry easier for the telemarketing team. Instead of having to flick between multiple tabs etc. For example one page that shows all the information we require them to gather.

You can use the Max Forms designer to make a custom data entry screen for address book entires. Go to the custom option during install and select the Max Forms Designer.

I have looked at that, it seems find for new data entry but what about editing exisiting records, does it work for that as well
