I'd like to be able to look at a Contact and tell if they are part of one of my Favorites lists, and if so, which one, without scrolling through all my Favorites lists in order to find them.
Any advice? Thanks very much. |

The answer might depend on which version of Max.
To do this in Max9.5, click (open) the contact. Along the very top from left to right is an icon to print, second is copy, third is Favorite List. Click on the down arrow, choose to veiw Favorite List, and it will tell you which (if any list) this one belongs to. I hope this helps. Greg Acer Trave30ate 5720, C2Duo T7100 2gig RAM, MS VISTA, MS Office 2003, Max Ent 9.5 and lots of coffee. |
