Just a thought, but have you thoroughly checked out the internal Max word processor before deciding to use Word? We use Word for most of our external documents for other reasons, but we still use the internal word processor for as much as possible. It's got limited formatting, but the ability to easily do the merging, plus seamlessly save directly to your Address Book entry's Documents is really nice. If only they'd add tables to it ... sigh ...

Rooster,

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried to use Max Word Processor to set up our company letterhead template with logo in the header and contact info in the footer with no success. Max Word Processor doesn't allow me to insert graphic logo in header.

Any solutions to my situation?

Sorry, that was the other serious limitation I'd found. Kind of ridiculous - you can insert objects but it doesn't understand them enough to display their contents. Sigh ...

Hi! Joe Graziano here.

The way to do the templates is to open word. The Maximizer templates can be accessed from the Maximizer tab of the Microsoft Word’s File > New menu. From here you can use the templates and also create your own for use whenever you like.

Hope this helps!
