i am trying to send a letter to do a selction of people who have one customer interest but not an other.
They are individual cotnacts so have marked a sector in their interest. However on the search I put all those who equal - legal but do not equal a group membership. I put must meet all and it is taking off those who are members of the group. This has worked previously.
Any suggestions where I'm going wrong.
