Hello,

I was wondering what other Maximizer users do about getting rid of massive amounts ofduplicates ?. Develop a macro in Maximizer > Export to excel and reimport ? I have lots of them...alot of them fuzzy. What are other users experiences with Maxfeed..does it help combine email addesses as well ?.

I am strongly considering Maxfeed but would like feedback regarding others experiences.

Any input would be appreciated.

We used export to excel and import back to MAX only problem is that when reporting time came with crystal reports I had some issues that I had to work with MAX to fix. The reporting issues were that no SQL views were made after for UDF created by us.

Hello Newbee,

Thanks for the reply.

When you use Excel to import back are you able to import notes as well ?

That way if you have a duplicate entry you can merge the two ..or are you just importing names and if the full name is the same (or some other key is the same then you dont re-import by having maximizer not reimport duplicates)

Very curious to know how you do this with excel..especially with notes.
