Hello All,

Since we upgraded to Max Ent 9, i have been struggling with some users to have them re-search the address book every so often to update their list.

Is there any feature / function in Max 9 that is similar to the one click Search All Address Book Entries from Max 7?

Or am I missing some substantial feature improvement with Max 9, and trying to implement an old school of thought with Max 7?

If you are running the Pervasive version of Maximizer you can click View>>All Entries and then choose Companies & Individuals, this will being back a list of all Companies & Individuals.

If you are running the MS SQL version you will need to click Search>>Company Name, leave it blank and hit ok, this will also retrieve all Companies & Individuals.

Finally you can also click File>>Preferences, then on the first tab (System Defaults) put a tick in 'Ask at program statup which address book list to load', then the next time the user opens Maximizer they will be prompted to select which list they would like to view at startup, one of the options is 'All Records'.
