Large companies often require an internal mail code.

Putting this into "address 1" or "address 2" requires creating a new address or modifying the parent.

Does anyone have a recommended practice for this? Do I need yet another UDF for this?

I realized I never have more than 2 emails for someone. So I set the default entry's third email field to be "MailCode."

I added "Email Address 3" in File/preFerences/format and it's set to "skip if blank."
