Does the newest version of Maximizer 7.0 attached Emails to the contact record automatically? Or do you have do it manually like Max 6.0? In Goldmine, it keeps track of every email! I hope that 7.0 does this! Please let me know, this is very important for us!!!!

The MaxOlink add-on created by us can link all e-mail that you send from Outlook 2000 to the corresponding person or company in your Maximizer Addressbook. It also allows you to send e-mail - including HTML e-mail with embedded graphics - from Outlook to the current entry, list or selection in Maximizer.

Just click on the "Save copy to entry's Documents" radio button. It saves the email and any attachments. You can default this radio button to On in File - Preferences - EMail.

Automatic linking of e-mails to contacts is an important feature to us as well. Both incoming and outbound e-mails should ideally be linked as documents to the respective contacts. It saves the otherwise highly repetitive task of doing this manually. The e-mails can always be deleted if cumulation is a concern, but routine filing them at first is the ideal way to organize.
Some other contact management programs can do this. Does anyone have this feature for Maximizer?

Max 7 will not attach emails to the contact automatically, why would you want it to? Email in Max 7 loads much faster because it does not do an automatic lookup of the contacts during load time.
