Hi, i have several address books in maximizer 9. And some of my users will have access to all address books.

But i am not finding a way to copy the information of a user created on an address book to another.

Are you using Maximizer Enterprise?

when you create a new address book through the Maximizer Administrator you are asked if you'd like to copy settings from an existing address book, if you choose your 'master' address book and click yes it will copy Users, User Defined Fields and other configuration data when it creates the new address book.
