I'm using Maximizer 7 and Winfax 9.02. When I do a mail merge into a template my options are to PRINT, SKIP or PRINT ALL. Selecting PRINT ALL pulls up a Winfax screen and then proceeds to send faxes to the first phone # only.

I can fax individually by pressing PRINT after each fax is sent.

Second issue - when pressing PRINT individually a reference is saved under NOTES indicating a letter was sent to the respective individual, however, under DOCUMENTS it's blank? That's no good..

Any suggestions?

Try another Faxing program that spends a little more time on their integration with Maximizer. Maximizer does not make the integration with these Fax Programs the Fax Program manufacturer does and it sounds like WinFax spent little time worrying about it. The Maximizer Web site lists other Fax Program manufactures that claim integration with Maximizer.

I have Max Ent 7.0 running. I have tried it with winfax (not 9.x) and found it works decently. The important thing to ensure is that your phone number and merge fields are all filled, as maximizer uses these to send to the fax software. Try it with some test ones that fill the merged fields with the data you require completely, and see if this works.

I found that Winfax would wait for information, and then continue to recv the faxes from the later prints with Maximizer.
