I am using Maximizer Entrepreneur 10 and Outlook 2003 on a windows 7 machine.
Every thing seem to work fine but I need some help on synchronization.

Individuals synchronize as expected.
If I have a company with contacts then the company details are synchronized but with no names. The names of the contacts are not copied across. I want the names of all my contacts to be copied across.

I want to do this so I can synchronize the contacts with google gmail contacts and then synchronize that with my mobile phone (palm Pre)

If you wish to sync records from Maximizer to Outlook then you must set them up on a Favourite list. Maximizer only syncs the records on the favourite list so if you setup Company X but do not add any of its contact to the Favourite list as well you will get only Company X.
