When I highlight a Contact Name and click on Tools, the option to Synchronize with Outlook is greyed out. What step am I missing? | ||

This response may be too late, but I had the same issue today. I'm trying to synch Maximizer with Outlook. I found when I started Outlook, the greyed out option came alive. So both Maximizer and Outlook need to be running for the option to be available. | |||
