I have a Salesrep who insists on having Full Admin Access on Maximizer CRM . Is this a security issue on our server files or is this exclusive to the Maximizer software only?

Our recommendation on this subject would be that no user requires administrative access to the Maximizer system for their own day to day use.

A user with full admin rights can change other users data without their knowledge, update and alter system fields, change the values/contents of strategies and alter the configuration of UDFs. Often these things can be done by accident as well.

Also if they duplicate the configuration of the MASTER account then their account also ignores all the security provisioning in the database regarding access to accounts and who can or cannot view certain records.
