I'm still looking for a "fix" that will permit me to print a Hotlist Report for a specified date range and not have completed activities included on the report. Seems simple enough to me.

Why not just filter the Hotlist for the dates you want, select all & then manually deselect the completed tasks. That would give you a report for all uncompleted tasks

The Hotlist Report does not print the phone number column and I don't see where I can change the column setup for the Hotlist. Any ideas?

Just decrease the width of the preceding columns until the phone # column fits. Unfortunately, you have to do this manually.

As an aside, you can increase the number of lines for each item as well

And how do I increase the number of lines?
