Maximizer 9.0
I have an address book with several hundred entries. I would like to color-code some of the entries; viz, red for accounts that are doing business with me, blue for accounts that said "No"., etc. Can this be done? Jeffrey |

Good afternoon Jeffrey,
Unfortunately the kind of thing you're asking for here isn't possible within Maximizer. The best way to separate accounts is with a UDF, you could create a table UDF called 'Relationship to [Your Company Name]' then set values in that UDF such as 'Does Business with me', 'Has Said No'. Then use the global edit to put the values on the accounts. Once that is done you could then alter the column view in the address book and/or contact window to include this new field. That way you can tell at a glance the status of the account. |
